The third joint meeting for the XLZD consortium (now XLZD Collaboration) took place 15-19th of April 2024 at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, at Harwell in the UK. The detector design book and funding strategies were discussed in a wide forum. Seven topical working groups have been established which will report their initial findings at the meeting as a basis for further discussion: Science, Key messages and figures, Xenon procurement and budget, Timeline, major design questions and scaling, Siting, Branding and communications, and Grassroots group.
